




We are looking for a Sales professional with experience in the technology sector and an active contact portfolio within system integrators, IT consulting firms, or companies requiring external services. The main objective is to open new accounts and generate business opportunities, leading more companies to request our services (staffing) and collaborate with us on an ongoing basis. Responsibilities * Market prospecting: identification and acquisition of new client companies. * Opening accounts with system integrators, technology consulting firms, and companies that outsource services. * Presentation and negotiation of commercial agreements. * Building and maintaining strong relationships with decision-makers, procurement managers, or vendor managers. * Identifying client needs and proposing commercial solutions aligned with our portfolio. * Tracking opportunities and closing deals. * Representing the company in meetings, sales visits, and industry events. Requirements Requirements * Previous experience as a B2B salesperson, business developer, or account manager in the technology sector. * Established network of contacts within system integrators or IT companies. * Ability to generate opportunities from scratch. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. * Goal-oriented mindset and high degree of autonomy. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in channel development and acquiring new accounts from the ground up. * Prior work with technology integrators, IT service providers, or consulting firms. * Knowledge of the enterprise technology market.
