At **EIA 21**, a company specialized in engineering services for industrial sectors, we are seeking an **Engineering Project Manager** with strong technical and managerial experience to lead multidisciplinary projects from start to finish. **Main responsibilities:** * Overall management of engineering projects: conceptual, basic, FEL/FEED, detailed/construction, and projects for construction permits. * Coordination and administration of all project phases: planning, monitoring, discipline coordination, and report preparation. * Participation in project scheduling, resource optimization, and cost reduction. * Control of contractual scope, change management, and milestone compliance. * Conducting progress meetings and preparing progress reports. * Coordination of multidisciplinary design (using 3D viewers such as Navis). * Preparation of specifications and requisitions for equipment and installations. * Activation and follow-up of suppliers, inspections, FAT tests, and review of technical documentation. * Coordination with other disciplines and equipment packages. * Management of procurement, construction, subcontractors, and certifications. * Risk management, corrective actions, and project closure. * Monitoring of invoicing and collections. * Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. * More than **10 years of experience** in engineering for **industrial plants** (especially O\&G, Chemical, Power, Water, glass, or steel). * Minimum **3 years of experience as a Multidisciplinary Project Manager**. * Solid experience with dynamic equipment and package units. * Knowledge in the preparation of technical manuals, bid tabulation, and supply management. * Proficiency in **Office suite**, especially **Excel** and **MS Project**. * **Advanced English (essential)**. **Valued qualifications:** * Experience in **PMC, EPCM, and Owner's Engineering** environments. * Experience in **construction management** and administrative projects, including **permitting**. * Specific knowledge in **Biogas/Biomethane** projects.
