We are looking for an HR Consultant to join our office in Donostia/San Sebastián. If you are proactive, experienced in the sector, and eager to make a difference, this is your moment! What responsibilities will be yours? Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the success of our office—from talent acquisition through labor management and customer service. These are some of your key responsibilities: \- Analyze job descriptions provided by clients and define required candidate profiles. \- Post job offers on portals and contact employment centers and/or job boards as needed. \- Conduct selection interviews, both telephone and in-person. \- Provide direct support to clients and candidates, ensuring a satisfactory experience. \- Update and maintain the candidate database. \- Conduct client visits for follow-up when necessary. \- Manage administrative processes such as social security registrations, hiring, contributions, absenteeism (sick leave, work-related injuries), and accident reporting. \- Coordinate occupational health and safety (OHS) actions, training, and information for hired staff. \- Enter data for payroll calculation and closing, as well as manage invoicing and garnishments. \- Handle procedures with public agencies and ensure proper archiving and updating of employment documentation. \- Ensure timely delivery of contracts, OHS documents, and safety equipment, as required. ### **Requirements** \- Minimum 2 years’ experience in ETT (Temporary Employment Agencies) and/or consulting; prior experience in generalist talent acquisition is highly valued. \- Residence in Madrid or nearby areas. \- Immediate availability. \- Own vehicle is a plus.
