Your Impact in This Role As a **Workday Solutions Analyst**, you will participate in the analysis, design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our Human Resources platform solutions, with a primary focus on Workday. You will work closely with business stakeholders, Solution Architects, and other IT teams to ensure our applications are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business needs. You may also participate in initiatives related to Legal and Sustainability when they intersect with HR processes and applications. What Will Be Your Responsibilities? * Analyze business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements. * Collaborate with Solution Architects to design scalable solutions on Workday. * Develop process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test plans. * Support the implementation of enhancements within the Human Resources application ecosystem. * Coordinate functional testing and collaborate on deployments of new functionalities. * Act as a liaison between Human Resources and IT teams, facilitating communication between both. * Participate in application lifecycle management, ensuring compliance with quality standards, governance, and regulations. * Contribute to digital transformation projects related to Human Resources and Payroll. * Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization through technology. What Are We Looking For? * Proven experience working with Workday across one or more Human Resources modules, such as HCM Core or Security. * Solid understanding of Human Resources processes and their governance. * Experience in functional analysis, including requirement definition, process documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test coordination. * Experience working in product or project environments, collaborating with business and IT teams. * Advanced level of English, both spoken and written. * Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and results orientation. * Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and to ask insightful questions while constructively proposing improvements. * Flexible, curious mindset with a strong desire to learn continuously. * Experience or interest in applications, processes, or reporting related to Legal or Sustainability. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with Workday integrations. * Knowledge of Calculated Fields and Security configuration in Workday. * Experience participating in testing cycles (testing) and deployments (releases) in corporate environments.
