You will join the Quality team and work closely with Production and R&D departments. This team ensures the reliability of electronic products by solving technical issues and driving continuous improvement. You will also interact with customers and suppliers to maintain quality standards across the entire value chain. How will you make a difference? As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of electronic products through technical analysis, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration. You will provide technical support both internally (assemblers, operators) and externally (customers and suppliers), lead corrective actions, and propose improvements to processes and products. What will your day-to-day look like? * Identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues in collaboration with production and R&D teams. * Diagnose problems in printed circuit boards, electronic components, and soldering processes. * Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. * Manage internal and external non-conformances. * Provide technical support to internal teams and external partners. * Analyze defects and repair data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. * Prepare technical reports and quality documentation. * Ensure proper waste segregation and adherence to environmental guidelines. * Continuously develop your technical knowledge and uphold the company's values of equality and inclusion. What do we want to know about you? * Bachelor's degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering * More than 3 years of experience in a quality-related role within electronic product manufacturing * Experience with electronic components and soldering * Experience managing suppliers and customers * Professional proficiency in English and Spanish * Strong analytical skills, customer orientation, and problem-solving abilities *Legal authorization to work in the European Union is required.
