We seek a candidate with solid experience in Michelin-starred and/or high-end restaurants, passion for detail, and dedication to delivering exceptional service. **Your Mission** You will support the Dining Room Manager in daily team and service management, ensuring an impeccable experience for every guest while maintaining the group’s excellence standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate dining room service alongside the Dining Room Manager * Lead, train, and motivate the team on a daily basis * Guarantee excellence in guest service and attention to detail * Collaborate closely with the kitchen to deliver a seamless gastronomic experience * Support reservation management, shift scheduling, and daily operations * Advise guests on wine selection and food-and-wine pairings **Candidate Profile** * Prior experience as Second Dining Room Manager or equivalent role in Michelin-starred and/or high-end restaurants * Solid knowledge of wine (specific training is a plus) * High standards of excellence, strong organizational skills, and ability to work effectively in a team * Languages (English and French are valued) * Proactive attitude, elegance in interpersonal interactions, and passion for hospitality **What We Offer** * Permanent contract * Working hours: Monday to Friday * Real growth opportunities within the group * A demanding, dynamic, and constantly evolving professional environment If you are motivated to join a solid, innovative, and expanding gastronomic group, we would love to meet you.
