At present, we are seeking a **Quality** **Engineer**, to strengthen the Bogie Supply Area within our Rail Vehicles business in Beasain. **Main Responsibilities** ------------------------- The selected candidate will be responsible for launching new projects related to bogie finishing quality. To this end, they will conduct an initial assessment and prepare the required documentation to ensure an appropriate start-up. Similarly, they must prepare and configure the inspection system within the ERP (SAP), ensuring inspectors have the necessary tools to perform their tasks in accordance with the requirements established for each project. Furthermore, they will manage and analyze results obtained during the serial inspection phase, including reviewing possible customer complaints and coordinating, where applicable, the implementation of required corrective actions. Additionally, they will be responsible for leading FAIs (First Article Inspection), both internally and with the customer—either at CAF or at subcontractor facilities. This includes preparing reports and managing the closure of open items in collaboration with the customer. Finally, they will monitor and report on the area’s key quality indicators (KPIs), promoting continuous improvement and achieving defined quality targets. **Minimum Requirements** ------------------------- * University degree in Engineering * At least 2 years of experience in an industrial environment, preferably in quality, production, or process areas. Basic knowledge of quality management and process control. * Advanced level of Basque and high level of English.
