You will help us maintain our established position as a trusted beauty distribution partner to our European retail customers. As a Junior Demand Planner, you will contribute to our data\-driven decision\-making processes, being at the forefront of leveraging data to drive business success. Your role will involve close collaboration with various departments, where you'll collect, analyse, and present data\-driven solutions to support our growing business. **Responsibilities** * Inventory Forecasting and Demand Planning * Produce purchase orders and recommended quantities for multiple suppliers. * Manage stock levels to reduce overstock and obsolescence. * Creation and maintenance of product codes within the ERP * Devise and introduce process improvements. * Work closely with internal stakeholders to apply appropriate market intelligence to the forecast. **Skills and Experience** * Inventory forecasting or demand planning experience * Experience working with multiple data sources. * Advanced Excel experience (minimum V\-Lookups, Pivot tables, Macros) * High attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and organise in a dynamic environment. * Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a fast\-paced environment. * Flexible approach and ability to deal with complexity. * Detail\-oriented and capable of working with large datasets. * Fluent English \& Spanish (C2 bilingual/C1 Advanced or equivalent) with additional European languages advantageous **Albert Roger Group** is a pan\-European Health \& Beauty Company, bringing a portfolio of innovative and exciting beauty brands to both consumers and retailers across Europe.
