




Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Manager in Bilbao to ensure compliance with hygiene, quality, and food safety standards, supervise industrial cleaning, and provide support to Management and Quality teams. Collaboration in audits and continuous process improvement. **Job Description:** ---------------- We require a Quality Manager for our Bilbao office. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with hygiene, service quality, and food safety standards at the client’s facilities; supervising the proper execution of industrial cleaning of equipment, production lines, and work areas; and supporting Management and the Central Quality Services team in all necessary activities to guarantee excellent service delivery. Main Responsibilities: Supervise the daily execution of industrial cleaning services on site, verifying correct implementation according to established plans and client requirements. Conduct operational controls and verifications: cleaning, hygienic condition of equipment and areas, procedure compliance, etc. Record results, report incidents, collaborate in non-conformance management, and follow up on corrective actions. Ensure updating and proper management of service documentation: checklists, records, work instructions, work orders, etc. Collaborate in internal and client audits, preparing evidence and implementing improvement actions. Support Management in coordinating with the client, suppliers, and operational staff. Train and guide operational staff on procedures, good hygiene practices, and required standards. Perform controls and monitoring of other auxiliary services included in the contract (if applicable), such as pest control, gardening, basic maintenance, etc. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, proposing actions to optimize processes, timelines, and service outcomes. **Requirements:** --------------- University degree (Bachelor’s or higher) or equivalent professional experience recognized by the company and/or consolidated experience in the relevant professional sector. Technical training in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent experience in quality management. Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar roles, with foundational knowledge of food safety, good hygiene and cleaning practices, and general regulations applicable to the food industry. Proficiency with IT tools (Excel, digital forms, data recording). Mandatory: responsible, communicative, organized individual, capable of working on-site and coordinating with operational teams and clients. Additional qualifications (e.g., Master’s in Integrated Management Systems) and knowledge of Industrial Safety will be considered favorably. Fluent English and proficiency with tools are desirable. Advanced knowledge and proficiency in data capture and analytical support tools (advanced Excel, Power BI, etc.) are required.
