




Job Summary: The Logistics Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive support to logistics activities, ensuring efficiency across the supply chain, supplier management, material control, and operational tracking—with autonomy, analytical capability, and a continuous improvement mindset. Coordinates logistics operations, handles incidents, and optimizes processes Overview: The Logistics Specialist will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to logistics activities, ensuring efficiency across the supply chain, supplier relations, material control, and operational tracking. The role requires autonomy, analytical ability, proficiency in SAP, and a continuous improvement mindset for logistics processes. Responsibilities: **Job Description:** **Supplier and Logistics Procurement Management** * Identification, evaluation, and qualification of logistics suppliers. * Negotiation of rates, commercial terms, and service levels. * Requesting, analyzing, and comparing quotations. * Managing operational relationships with suppliers and resolving incidents. **Inventory Planning and Control (MRP)** * Managing and monitoring MRP in SAP, ensuring accurate demand planning. * Controlling and updating logistics parameters: minimum stock, reorder point, lead times. * Monitoring rotating stock to ensure availability and prevent stockouts. * Coordinating with warehouses to ensure compliance with procedures and inventory accuracy. **Logistics Operations and Coordination** * Coordinating shipments, deliveries, returns, and movements between internal/external warehouses. * Tracking orders, deadlines, and supplier SLA compliance. * Managing logistics incidents and supporting Operations and Technical Service. * Ensuring correct application of contracted rates and services. **Administrative Management and Control** * Validating logistics invoices by verifying prices, rates, and services rendered. * Updating data in SAP and the Control Tower. * Generating purchase orders, delivery notes, reports, and customs-related logistics documentation. * Supporting maintenance of the material master. **Analysis, Reporting, and KPIs** * Developing and monitoring logistics KPIs: * Preparing periodic reports for Supply Chain. * Executing the logistics action plan. * Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Qualifications: Required: * Bachelor’s degree or Higher Vocational Training (FP Superior) in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. * Experience: Minimum 2\-5 years in logistics, preferably in an industrial environment. Knowledge of logistics processes (procurement, transportation, warehousing). * SAP operational experience preferred (minimum 2 years). * Experience in material planning, MRP, minimum stock levels, or rotating stock. * Languages: English at intermediate\-advanced level. * Advanced Excel skills. * Professional Profile: Proactive, results-oriented, and customer-focused individual with negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
