We are seeking talents to join our team in building data centers in Zaragoza, a key infrastructure for next-generation digital services. **JOB DESCRIPTION** We are looking for an experienced and proactive Quality Manager to lead the implementation and management of the quality system in a large-scale technological infrastructure construction project. The selected professional will be responsible for ensuring that all processes, materials, and work carried out meet the highest quality standards, project specifications, and applicable regulations. This strategic role is crucial to guaranteeing operational excellence and customer satisfaction in a highly technical and demanding environment. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Design, implement, and manage the project-specific Quality Plan, adapting it to the particularities of data center construction. * Lead the creation and maintenance of necessary quality procedures, work instructions, and records. * Ensure compliance with internal quality standards, customer specifications, and ISO regulations (especially ISO 9001\). * Conduct periodic on-site quality inspections, process and product audits, verifying material conformity and work execution. * Manage and coordinate the quality technician team if applicable. * Identify non-conformities, investigate root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions. * Supervise the qualification and continuous evaluation of subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring their quality standards align with project requirements. * Coordinate and prepare documentation required for internal and external quality audits. * Promote a culture of continuous improvement and raise quality awareness among all project personnel. * Prepare quality reports and report performance of the system to the Project Manager. **REQUIREMENTS** * University degree in Quality Management or similar. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Manager or similar roles within large construction projects, preferably in industrial, energy, or technology infrastructure sectors (especially Data Centers). * Solid knowledge and experience implementing quality management systems. * Experience conducting quality audits (internal and/or external). * Demonstrated leadership, team management, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion abilities. * Proactive attitude, rigor, attention to detail, and results-oriented. * Proficiency in office tools and management software. * Certifications or specific training in quality fields such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), or other relevant credentials will be valued positively. * B2 level of English.
