Adaptation period at Eco-Pneumatic workshop (Tarragona) **Main Responsibilities:** * Team management and coordination. * Daily workshop task organization. * Tire mounting, demounting, and balancing. * Wheel alignment. * Tire and material stock control and ordering. * Customer service and advisory. * Supervision of compliance with safety and quality standards. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years’ prior experience in a tire workshop or similar position. * Knowledge of wheel alignment, balancing, and fast mechanical services. * Organized, solution-oriented, and leadership-capable individual. **Offered:** * Immediate hiring. * Job stability. * Salary commensurate with candidate’s experience and merit. * Possible additional benefits.
