




Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced sales professional in the industrial or agricultural sector to drive the sales network and manage customers in Spain and Portugal. Development of sales plans and achievement of targets RESPONSIBILITIES * Provide technical-commercial support to existing distributors to strengthen and consolidate the sales network. * Prospect and seek new collaboration agreements with distributors. * Assist and support the organization and participation in sector-specific trade fairs. * Develop the annual sales plan and project company growth within the assigned territory. * Conduct periodic, scheduled visits to current and potential customers in the territory, followed by telephone and email follow-up. * Support order management, logistics, deliveries, and collections for customers in the assigned area. * Achieve the sales targets set by the company. * Prepare weekly reports on visits, customers, as well as market opportunities and risks, reporting to the Commercial Management. REQUIREMENTS * Prior experience in sales roles, preferably in the industrial or agricultural sector. * Strong negotiation skills and results orientation. * Autonomy, organizational ability, and communication skills. * Willingness to travel within Spain and Portugal.
