At Ormazabal, you will find a space to design your future—and the world’s. **JOB DESCRIPTION** We are seeking to hire a person for the Sheet Metal team in the Assembly role. **Responsibilities:** * Based on process sheets, autonomously and accurately perform standardized assembly of bases, covers, and other metal structures. * Carry out basic preventive maintenance tasks for machinery and facilities (cleaning, resolving minor incidents following established procedures, etc.). Assumes and carries out management responsibilities corresponding to membership in a self-sufficient cell (e.g., placing orders with external and internal suppliers, production planning, communication with suppliers, occupational health and safety, etc.) * **REQUIREMENTS** * **Education:** Degree obtained **within the last 3 years.** + Medium-Level Vocational Training in Machining. + Higher-Level Vocational Training in Mechanical Manufacturing Design. + Higher-Level Vocational Training in Production Programming for Mechanical Manufacturing. + Higher-Level Vocational Training in Metal Structures. + Professional Certification in Auxiliary Operations for Mechanical Manufacturing (FMEE0108). + Complete Professional Certification in Mechanical Manufacturing, Forming, and Assembly Production (FMEM0209). * **Relevant Experience:** In industrial companies involved in manual and mechanical production processes. * **Knowledge:** Blueprint interpretation, Kaizen methodology, continuous improvement processes. * **Competencies:** + **Attention to Detail:** Focus carefully on tasks to ensure high-quality outcomes. + **Teamwork:** We operate on a production line alongside others; individual activities directly impact those of colleagues. Maintaining a positive work environment that fosters open communication is essential. + **Leadership:** Understood as taking ownership and initiative in one’s daily activities. * **Other Requirements:** + Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle available for commuting to the workplace. + Availability to work rotating shifts (3 shifts). + Availability to start employment within less than one month. **CONDITIONS** * Employment contract with the company, initially for 6 months.
