Additionally, we carry out cutting\-edge technology projects with extraordinary impact. **WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY\-TO\-DAY?** ------------------------------- * Act as the main point of contact between the client and technical teams. * Coordinate and supervise the overall operation of IT infrastructure. * Ensure availability and operational continuity of critical services. * Lead the definition and monitoring of KPIs and SLAs. * Manage incidents, problems, and changes according to ITIL best practices. * Drive continuous improvement, automation, and optimization initiatives. * Supervise the implementation and evolution of monitoring and observability tools. **WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?** ------------------------- * Education: Degree in Computer Engineering or similar. * Minimum 10 years of experience in technical leadership roles within critical infrastructures. * ITIL 4 Managing Professional (MP) certification. * Experience working with multidisciplinary teams, external providers, and high\-availability environments. * Knowledge of Intel, Power i (IBM i / AS400\), Windows, Linux, ESXi, VMware, storage arrays, networks, SQL Server, DB2, Veeam, Nagios/Centreon. * **Must reside in Bizkaia (on\-site position)** #### **WHAT WILL YOU FIND AT SEIDOR?** * **A diverse team**.
