The selected candidate will integrate into one of our teams located in Bilbao to support services for the Public Administration. Brief description of responsibilities: * **Ticket resolution, production changes (objects, users, websites, billing, etc.), telephone-based request handling, and task queue management.** * **Regular use of Control\-M, Active Directory, Windows, and Linux.** * **Inventory Management** * **Experience with ITSM platforms** Technical Requirements: * **Proficiency in Windows; experience with Control\-M, Active Directory, and ticketing tools is highly desirable.** * **Minimum prior experience in IT operations departments.** * **Strong communication and incident management capabilities.** * **Experience in inventory management** * **Experience in operational services** Additionally, knowledge of and certifications in Basque (Euskera) will be considered favorably. **Requirements** Over 15 years of experience in operational services. Technical Requirements: * **Proficiency in Windows; experience with Control\-M, Active Directory, and ticketing tools is highly desirable.** * **Minimum prior experience in IT operations departments.** * **Strong communication and incident management capabilities.** * **Experience in inventory management** * **Experience in operational services** Additionally, knowledge of and certifications in Basque (Euskera) will be considered favorably. **Additional Information** *We offer a broad training catalog aligned with project and client requirements, covering technological competencies and certifications.
