We are seeking a professional to carry out quality control tasks in the citrus sector, based in Santomera. The position involves managing the permits and licenses required for operations. Responsibilities will include conducting specific tests for lemon juice, as well as thorough caliber control of lemons. Proper packaging of products will also be supervised and monitored, ensuring quality at every stage. Additionally, full product traceability will be carried out—from initial collection through to final dispatch from the warehouse—covering all intermediate stages. Other duties inherent to the position will also be performed. The working schedule will be full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with rotating morning and afternoon shifts within the time frame of 09:00 to 19:00 hours, including statutory breaks. * Prior experience in a job role equal to or similar to the one described. * We seek a proactive and responsible individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is valued. * \- Proficient spoken and written English.
