You will be responsible for ensuring the correct functioning of all internal store procedures, overseeing customer needs, and leading the team of Section Leaders and staff members. Additionally, you will ensure the store meets established quality standards, manage product stock (core and campaign items), and safeguard an exceptional shopping experience for all our customers.
