Job Summary: This role within the Ultra-Fresh Department involves receiving, preparing, and displaying fruits and vegetables, as well as monitoring stock levels and product freshness. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure the freshness and quality of fruits and vegetables. 2. Monitor stock levels and support inventory management. 3. Passion for retail, food, and people. As part of the Ultra-Fresh Department team, led by the Department Manager, your responsibilities will include: * Receiving goods while ensuring freshness and compliance with incoming quality standards for fruits and vegetables. * Preparing and displaying fruits, vegetables, and other department products to guarantee quality, quantity, and optimal presentation. * Conducting yield analyses, performance calculations, shrinkage assessments, etc. * Monitoring existing stock levels to support the Department Manager in conducting inventories and placing orders, ensuring appropriate stock levels and product variety. * Monitoring and removing products that fail to meet required freshness standards. * Cleaning, organizing, and supervising department equipment, tools, and facilities.
