Temporary contract covering a long-term leave, aimed at coordinating daily operations within a healthcare-sector company. The objective is to ensure efficient and high-quality performance, directly impacting patient experience. This includes planning logistics, supervising personnel, and ensuring compliance with established procedures. Responsibilities encompass end-to-end management of service quality, coordinating home visits, in-person consultations, and telephone follow-ups. Inventory and stock levels are also monitored, ensuring that clinical staff have access to necessary materials. Additionally, maintenance of medical equipment and the vehicle fleet is managed. Another key responsibility is leading a team of approximately twenty people, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and proper human resource management—including temporary agency staff (ETT). Finally, administrative tasks include tracking reports and performance indicators, and coordinating with regional management to maintain strategic alignment. A completed university degree and a minimum of three years’ experience in operational leadership and team management roles is required—preferably managing around twenty people. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a clear customer- or patient-focused mindset are essential. Proficiency in office software is mandatory, and immediate availability to assume the position is highly valued.
