




We are seeking an Information Assistant with customer service skills. Prior experience in similar positions will be valued. The position involves receiving visitors, managing correspondence, courier services, and briefcases, as well as conducting security rounds and supervising access points. Responsibilities include providing information to those who request it and preparing facilities for daily opening and closing. A weekly working schedule of 38.5 hours is required, with rotating shifts—morning (7 a.m. to 3 p.m.) or afternoon (3 p.m. to 11 p.m.)—from Monday to Sunday, including legally mandated rest days. A temporary replacement contract is offered to cover a temporary vacancy.
