The role has a direct impact on business competitiveness and is designed with a realistic medium-term career path toward Deputy Director. This is not merely an operational position—it is a growth lever. **Key Responsibilities** * Management and negotiation of international procurement (Europe and South America). * Identification and qualification of new strategic suppliers outside Spain. * Cost, margin, and supply condition analysis. * Preparation of procurement and supplier performance reports and KPIs. * Coordination with senior management and other departments. * Progressive involvement in strategic initiatives led by the Executive Committee. * Willingness to travel internationally as required by business needs. **Candidate Profile** * Residence in Vitoria or surrounding areas. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in international procurement (experience in food or meat industry is preferred). * High proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written). * Negotiation-oriented, analytical, and profitability-focused profile. * Ability to work autonomously with strategic vision. * Genuine interest in progressing into senior management roles. **What the Company Offers** * Competitive salary (40\.000 – 60\.000 €) \+ uncapped variable compensation. * Clear development plan toward Deputy Director. * International environment with growth-oriented projects. * Flexible working hours. * Stability within an established company.
