We are currently seeking a Chemical Operator.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
The **Chemical Operator** is responsible for carrying out the procedures and techniques required to manufacture solid-state batteries on our first prototype line, following the guidelines provided by our Process and Production Engineering team.
Reporting directly to the Manufacturing Engineer, responsibilities include:
* Supporting Process Engineering with FAT and SAT of our manufacturing equipment.
* Working in a dry room environment to produce high-quality sample cells A, B, and C.
* Assisting in DOE activities and cell disassembly, collaborating with Engineering and the R\+D team to collect data for life-cycle testing and test approvals.
* Performing preventive maintenance, recovery, and improvement of our R\+D production facilities.
* Supporting logistical control of incoming parts and outgoing products, prioritizing FIFO.
* Supporting the team in achieving daily production targets and objectives, focusing on meeting the sample schedule as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Assisting in developing standard operating procedures and checklists for specific sampling phases.
* Supporting all documentation creation requests during specific sampling phases.
* Helping establish a robust APQP system for future customer collaboration.
* Championing safety initiatives and supporting management in maintaining and improving our safe working environment.
The candidate is expected to collaborate as a key team member within the Manufacturing Department.

The candidate must demonstrate strong initiative and is expected to collaborate as a key team member within the Manufacturing Department.
The Chemical Operator must have experience in chemical manufacturing and standard operations within a high-tech industrial facility.
Preferred qualifications include:
* 2 years of experience in production lines working for automotive OEMs or other industries.
* Experience in battery manufacturing processes—electrode production, cell assembly, formation, module, and pack.
* Experience in dry rooms or cleanrooms, ideally ISO7 Class 10\.000\.
* Prior experience in fault diagnosis and investigative techniques.
* Experience in stacking facilities is highly valued.
* Intermediate level of English.
