Job Description
We are looking to hire a professional responsible for managing relationships with the French market, providing technical/economic support and coordinating internal teams according to customer needs during the quotation, development, and series production phases of projects, ensuring the Group's objectives are achieved.
Main Responsibilities
* Comprehensively manage the Renault account, acting as the primary point of contact with the customer and coordinating relevant internal departments.
* Lead the entire quotation process (RFQ), including requirement analysis, internal coordination, proposal preparation, and commercial negotiation with the customer.
* Negotiate pricing, investments (tooling), and commercial terms both during the quotation phase and throughout the project lifecycle.
* Coordinate internal preparation and validation of quotations across various divisions, ensuring technical and economic feasibility (costs, investments, KPIs).
* Monitor awarded projects from industrialization through series production, ensuring achievement of economic, quality, and service objectives.
* Manage project modifications, price updates (materials, productivity, technical changes), and associated renegotiations.
* Handle incidents and claims, leading their analysis, tracking, and negotiation with the customer.
* Actively participate in multidisciplinary teams, ensuring alignment between the customer and the organization across all project lifecycle phases.
* Maintain up-to-date information in internal systems and ensure appropriate reporting to stakeholders.
Requirements / Qualifications
* University degree (Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent).
* Fluent French and English.
* Prior experience (minimum 3 years preferred) in a similar role, preferably within the automotive sector.
* Commercial profile with strong negotiation skills and results orientation.
* Ability to manage complex and dynamic environments involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
* Versatile and adaptable profile, capable of working autonomously and collaboratively.
* Solid technical and economic understanding of products (costs, pricing, industrial processes).
* Familiarity with commercial management tools and systems is an advantage.
Additional Information
* Position based at the corporate headquarters in Bilbao (Boroa).
* Willingness to travel occasionally as required by business needs (primarily France).
