




We are looking for an administrative staff member for a company located in Munguia. The tasks to be performed are as follows: * Management of order sheets, delivery notes, and CMR documents for carriers. * Control of raw materials and finished products inventory. * Receiving materials from suppliers. * Handling carrier communications and coordinating deliveries. * Proficiency in Excel and ability to convert measurements (meters, millimeters, centimeters). * Answering phone calls to coordinate orders and logistics. Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday, morning shift between 08:00 and 16:00, with breaks established by law. * Previous experience in a similar position. * Knowledge of accounting and financial management. * Availability to start immediately. * Ability to multitask. * Advanced Excel skills. Fluent written and spoken Spanish. Higher Degree in Administrative Management or equivalent.
