We seek a candidate with analytical ability, attention to detail, and organizational skills who wishes to add value in a dynamic industrial environment, supporting administrative, accounting, and financial management activities of the company. If you have experience in accounting and finance tasks, are proficient in **SAP and Excel**, and are motivated to join a team committed to operational excellence, we would love to meet you. **Job Mission** Contribute to the proper management of the company’s financial resources, ensuring accurate accounting of transactions and providing administrative support to the finance department. **Main Responsibilities** * Administrative tasks with banking institutions * Monitoring and control of banking conditions * Preparation of cash flow forecasts * Management of bank guarantees * Cash management * Tax administration * Accounting for customer and supplier invoices * Reconciliation of account balances * General accounting * Support in various administrative tasks within the department * Liaison with auditors and preparation of information * Implementation of requirements from Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems **Requirements** * Vocational Training Level II in Administration or Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related field * Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience * Prior experience in an industrial environment is desirable * **Proficiency in SAP and Excel is mandatory** **What We Offer** * Temporary position * Potential for future continuity, depending on organizational needs and performance * Opportunity to join an established industrial company * Demanding and collaborative professional environment * **Flexible working hours** **Are You Interested?** If you are seeking an opportunity to further develop your career in finance within an industrial setting, we want to meet you.
