A press operator position is available in an industrial setting in Villabona. The main responsibility is operating rubber presses, ensuring precision and efficiency in manufacturing. Work is carried out on rotating shifts—morning, afternoon, and night—requiring adaptability. The candidate will join an experienced team and receive initial training on machinery operation and safety regulations. Tasks include preparing and operating presses, performing visual quality control during production, handling rubber materials, and carrying out basic maintenance and cleaning. We seek a quick and meticulous individual with a strong sense of responsibility and a positive attitude toward teamwork. Prior experience is valued but not required, as the company provides on-the-job training. This is a temporary replacement contract for a medical leave, with immediate start.
