As part of our positioning as a global leader in complex defense systems, we aim to strengthen our team with a **Quality Engineer**, who will join a strategic project ensuring the quality of the involved products, processes, suppliers, and systems. What will you do? * Ensure **Hardware Quality**, covering both product and process. * Ensure **Software Quality**, including product and process verification. * Manage suppliers and subcontractors, monitoring quality, technical compliance, and deliverables. * Manage issues and **Non-conformities** for HW and SW. * Review and validate technical and quality documentation. * Conduct internal audits of product and process. * Supervise testing, trials, and verification of complex systems. * Participate in product qualification and certification. * Monitor industrialization and manufacturing, ensuring conformity, traceability, and requirement compliance. * Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, logistics, procurement, and project teams. Essential Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in **Telecommunications, Industrial, Computer Science, or Aeronautics**. * Desired experience of **5 years** in **Quality Management** roles within complex systems. * Experience in the following areas: + HW and SW quality assurance. + Supplier and subcontractor management. + HW/SW issue and non-conformity management. + Technical and quality documentation review. + Product and process audits. + Supervision and monitoring of tests and trials. + Product qualification processes. + Support for industrialization and manufacturing. * Technical knowledge: + GesCal (incident and non-conformity management tool). + Quality Engineering. * Functional knowledge: + Internal auditor of quality management systems. + Quality Management Systems: strategy, planning, objectives, management review. + Certification standards: ISO, PECAL, IRIS, etc. + Defense product quality and safety. + Hardware Quality Engineering.
