We are currently seeking to hire a **Maritime Operations Customer Service** representative for our **Bilbao** office. **Main Responsibilities:** * Schedule bookings with maritime carriers. Knowledge of and relationships with carriers will be valued. * Issue shipping documents. * Coordinate pickups/deliveries and manage knowledge of suppliers. * Track shipments (departures/arrivals). * Prepare customs clearance documentation. * Serve customers/agents.
