Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Technician – Metrology to perform quality control, metrological measurements, and interpretation of engineering drawings in an industrial environment. For new projects, we require a **QUALITY TECHNICIAN – METROLOGY** in **Vitoria\-Gasteiz** (Álava). **Responsibilities:** Perform quality control and dimensional monitoring of parts and components in an industrial environment. Carry out metrological measurements and verifications, both during production and product validation. Interpret engineering drawings, tolerances, and technical specifications to ensure compliance with quality requirements. Participate in first-article validation, prototyping, and pre-series activities. Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality departments to detect and analyze non-conformities. Support internal and customer non-conformance management, proposing corrective actions. Ensure compliance with plant-established quality standards. Participate in internal process and product audits. Contribute to continuous improvement of quality processes and reduction of non-conformities. Support the use of quality tools and associated document control. Experience using metrology equipment and PC\-DMIS software is highly desirable. **Requirements:** Vocational Training (Higher Level) or Engineering degree (Industrial, Mechanical, or related field). Knowledge of metrology: measurement equipment, drawing interpretation, tolerances, and dimensional control. Experience in 3D metrology and PC\-DMIS operation is highly valued. Profiles with industrial quality knowledge — even without direct PC\-DMIS experience — will also be considered. Basic knowledge of quality tools (PPAP, APQP, FMEA, 8D, SPC, MSA).
