Reporting to your Elevator Replacement Supervisor and following a training period, you will be responsible for managing the full elevator replacement process, ensuring each installation meets TK Elevator’s quality, safety, and efficiency standards. **Responsibilities** * Perform both mechanical and electrical tasks required for complete equipment replacement, following the established work plan. * Conduct tests, adjustments, and verifications to ensure proper operation of the new elevator. * Keep the customer informed about progress and completion of the work. * Strictly apply safety, environmental, and health procedures and regulations, using appropriate PPE and tools. * Ensure correct management of tools and equipment under your responsibility. * Contribute to continuous service improvement by proposing ideas and solutions during your work. **Who We Are Looking For** -------------------- * Vocational training in electricity, electronics, or mechanics—or equivalent experience. * Ability to interpret electrical diagrams and schematics. * Prior experience in installation (highly valued). * Professional certification for elevator maintenance (positively considered). * Valid driver’s license (mandatory). * Key competencies: initiative, results orientation, openness to change, commitment to safety and quality, and customer orientation. **What We Offer** ----------------- * Permanent contract with opportunities to join a stable and sustainable sector. * Attractive compensation package, including a flexible remuneration system. * Access to our exclusive TKE\#tcuida wellbeing and health program for professionals and their families. * Mobile phone, company vehicle / mileage allowance. * Collaboration and teamwork: an open, transparent, and value-driven culture. * Onboarding and training \- a dedicated onboarding and training program to support your professional development from day one.
