What is the expected outcome?**At ITP Aero, we are seeking to incorporate an Industrial Development Engineer into our Rotatives UO’s Industrial Development Department to participate in defining and executing industrial plans and continuous improvement plans for the various production lines within the UO. **What profile are we looking for?** * Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization or equivalent. * Languages: Fluent English. * Soft Skills: \- Ability to work in multidisciplinary environments. \- Initiative and communication skills. \- Motivated and eager to develop professionally. * Required Experience: Although not mandatory, prior industrial experience—particularly focused on improving manufacturing processes—will be positively valued. Required Knowledge: Knowledge of Lean Assessment will be valued. * **What training will you receive to carry out this role?**You will work alongside a strategic, multidisciplinary team critical to the company and will receive training and actively participate in: \- New development and industrialization projects, including Value Stream Mapping (VSM), material flow analysis, takt time calculations, etc. \- Medium-to-long-term capacity-load analysis, ensuring each area is adequately staffed and equipped to meet demand. \- Execution of necessary investments to support industrialization and capacity-building initiatives. \- Implementation of industrial capacity adaptation processes (e.g., commissioning new facilities, executing divestments, participating in machinery retrofit projects). \- Definition and implementation of standards across production lines, ensuring safe, stable, and efficient processes. \- Definition and optimization of macro- and micro-layouts. \- Implementation of Lean tools based on action plans identified during Lean Assessments. \- Expansion of Lean concepts in Zamudio + benchmarking of best practices. \- Familiarity with and application of Lean Manufacturing management tools, TPM, SMED, etc. \- Definition of tools for OEE monitoring and management. \- Definition of standardized work procedures. **This project will interest you if…**\- You are an active and dynamic individual. \- You are eager to learn and grow professionally. \- You enjoy and feel comfortable working as part of a team. **Who will you be working with?
