Hiring decisions are based solely on your experience and skills. **What do you need to succeed in this role?** * Bachelor’s degree in Information and Documentation, Library Science, or related fields. * 5 years of professional experience managing documentation for projects and pre-projects, ensuring proper storage and traceability, and establishing necessary procedures, instructions, and tools under the guidance of the area manager. * Intermediate English (B2\); other languages are a plus. * A Master’s degree in Document Management or in EDMS Implementation is desirable. * Teamwork ability, organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. **Your Mission** * Transfer, adapt, and contribute to the continuous improvement of CAFTE’s document management methodology within specific company applications: projects, proposals, etc. (e.g., analysis of tender documents/contracts to extract document management requirements, resolution of queries, agreement negotiations, etc.) * Implement and administer the project or proposal’s EDMS (Electronic Document Management System): participate in or prepare configuration files defining tool usage (metadata, permission schema, document series, master document list management, report generation), and train the project team. * Establish procedures, style guides, and tools for documentation control. * Manage the client’s tender documents and control their index; perform controls, registrations, and distributions for formally received and issued documents, as well as communications—including tenders, letters, technical documents, etc. * Coordinate internal and external teams assigned to document management within the project or proposal. * Monitor document status, including preparing reports and relevant KPIs. * Issue and control deliverables, verifying correct referencing, coding, versions, etc., and coordinating proposal/project layout. * Maintain communication (coordinated with the proposal/project manager) with other stakeholders involved in the project or proposal—clients, partners, suppliers—on matters related to document management. * Manage supplier documentation, including supplier management within the document management platform and supplier activation. * Participate in final report preparation and creation/management of digital archives in the EDMS used for project closure.
