In the **Online Learning Unit** of the University of Deusto, a dynamic and multidisciplinary team that supports faculty in creating high-quality digital learning experiences, we are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a pedagogical background and a touch of technological expertise who shares our belief that what is truly important and critical for learning is not the content itself, but rather the learning process and the activities carried out by students. **Main Responsibilities:** * Advise and support faculty in the planning process of new online courses (instructional design, methodologies, assessment systems, etc.). * Collaborate with faculty in designing learning resources for their courses. * Design and create digital learning materials (content, activities, multimedia resources) applying pedagogical and aesthetic criteria, using tools such as Moodle, H5P, Rise... * Provide personalized support to instructors for resolving methodological questions and technical issues related to digital tools. * Supervise and ensure the quality of developed courses. * Work with teaching teams on the continuous review and improvement of ongoing courses. * Bachelor’s or Licentiate degree in Pedagogy, Education, or related fields. * Master's degree or specific training related to online education. * Experience in e\-learning projects, especially within higher education. * Advanced proficiency with online teaching technologies (Moodle, Google Workspace, Rise…). * Professional competence in Spanish, English, and Basque. * Availability to work on-site at the Bilbao campus.
