We are currently seeking a Mainframe Analyst Programmer COBOL\-DB2 to join a stable project within the banking sector, participating in the maintenance and evolution of various mission-critical business applications in a Mainframe environment. Main Responsibilities Participation in corrective and evolutionary maintenance of applications in a Mainframe environment. Development of new functionalities and improvement of existing applications. Technical analysis and programming in COBOL\-DB2\. Collaboration with functional and technical teams within the banking environment. Participation in long-term projects under an established outsourcing service. Requirements Solid experience as a Mainframe Analyst Programmer. Extensive knowledge and experience in COBOL and DB2\. Experience in banking environments. Analytical ability, development skills, and incident resolution capability. Experience working on application maintenance and evolution projects. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Funds, Pension Plans, or Treasury/Securities areas. Additional knowledge of Mainframe technologies. Geographic proximity to Bilbao due to client interaction requirements. Conditions Stable project Integration into an established service within a banking client.
