We are seeking production staff to work at our Villabona plant, responsible for performing treatments on already-manufactured metal parts. The work is constant and repetitive; therefore, agility, speed, and accuracy are valued to ensure the final quality of each part. Selected candidates must be meticulous, eager to engage, and able to maintain a good work pace while consistently demonstrating strong attention to detail. It is essential to perform tasks efficiently and accurately, exhibiting a responsible attitude and firm commitment to job responsibilities. Work is conducted on rotating shifts: morning shift (7:00–15:00\) and afternoon shift (13:00–21:00\). Prior factory experience is appreciated but not mandatory.
