The selected candidate will be responsible for the full execution of construction works, leading on-site teams and ensuring compliance with technical, economic, and quality objectives. Additionally, the candidate must possess strong technical capabilities for critical review of engineering and architectural projects during the design phase. The ideal candidate will serve as the liaison between the technical office and the construction site, guaranteeing constructability from tendering through to handover. **Responsibilities** * Directing and executing civil works on-site. * Organizing work teams, subcontractors, and material resources. * Monitoring schedules, costs, and production output. * Daily supervision of construction progress and resolution of on-site issues. * Managing certifications, measurements, and progress reports. * Coordinating with technical supervisors, clients, and suppliers. * Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. * Providing periodic progress reports to management. * Project analysis. 1\. **Site Planning and Organization** * Planning and organizing the construction methodology together with the Site Manager. * Defining, managing, and optimizing required human, mechanical, and material resources. * Coordinating on-site equipment and teams to ensure productivity and adherence to deadlines. 2\. **Technical Execution and Supervision** * Supervising proper physical execution of the works. * Monitoring compliance with established quality and safety standards. * Managing material deliveries and subcontractor/industrial work. * Organizing workspaces, access routes, storage areas, construction zones, etc. 3\. **Documentation and Safety Control** * Maintaining up-to-date site documentation (Subcontractor Register, Occupational Health and Safety Plan, drawings, worksite opening documentation). * Ensuring implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Plan throughout all construction phases. 4\. **Economic and Production Control** * Conducting measurements of completed works and inventory control, tracking materials, equipment, and machinery. * Optimizing resources and reducing costs in coordination with the Site Manager. * Participating in progress meetings and reporting on work advancement. **5\. Engineering and Architectural Review:** * Comprehensive analysis of projects (drawings, specifications, and technical documents) to identify errors, omissions, or potential technical optimizations before and during execution. **6\. Technical Studies:** * Preparing and reviewing measurements, budgets (comparative), and technical proposals for tenders or project modifications. **7\. Technical Liaison:** * Direct coordination with architectural and engineering firms to resolve technical queries and validate on-site solutions. Requirements * Engineering degree (mandatory). * Demonstrable experience as a Site Manager on-site. * Leadership and team management capabilities. * Knowledge of cost control, planning, and construction execution. * Valid driver’s license. * Residency in Gipuzkoa or willingness to commute. * Minimum 3\-5 years as Site Manager, with demonstrable experience in design departments or project review. * Analytical ability, spatial awareness, and methodological rigor in documentation control.
