At Ormazabal, you will find a space to design your future — and the future of the rest of the world. **JOB DESCRIPTION** Ormazabal Igorre seeks to incorporate personnel into its mechanical assembly team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assemble various components installed inside Medium Voltage cells (membranes, mica sheets, retainers, fuse-holder tubes, switches, busbars, capacitors, interfaces, etc.), updating equipment traceability, following assembly instructions, and using electronic torque tools. * Work on an assembly line with a lean production system; this system requires maintaining a consistent work pace, including scheduled breaks. * Perform assembly inspections to ensure work quality and avoid production incidents or delays. * Occasionally participate in daily PCP meetings and propose improvements. * Be responsible for compliance with safety regulations and protective measures for people, facilities, and work tools. **REQUIREMENTS** * **Education:** Degree obtained **within the last three years.** * + Intermediate Vocational Training in Electromechanical Maintenance. + Advanced Vocational Training in Production Programming for Mechanical Manufacturing. + Advanced Vocational Training in Industrial Mechatronics. + Full Professional Certification (ELEQ0111\) Auxiliary Operations for Assembly and Maintenance of Electrical and Electronic Equipment. + Professional Certification in Auxiliary Operations for Mechanical Manufacturing (FMEE0108\). + Professional Certification in Assembly and Commissioning of Industrial Equipment and Machinery (FMEE0208\) + Professional Certification in Machining, Forming, and Mechanical Assembly Production (FMEM0209\) * **Experience:** Experience in assembly-line manufacturing processes and handling tools. * **Competencies:** + Attitude and willingness to work, adapting to changes and requirements. + Performance: appropriate work pace meeting established process and quality standards. + Teamwork: We operate on a production line with multiple people, where one person’s activities impact others’. Maintaining a positive working environment that fosters communication is also essential. + Flexibility and adaptability to change. + Proactivity: Identify real and potential future issues affecting one’s position and take initiative to propose solutions. * **Other Requirements:** + Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle availability for commuting to the workplace. + Availability to work rotating shifts (three shifts).
