We work with technological products and educational materials, integrating technology, service, and operations to ensure end\-to\-end customer experience. **What are we looking for?** We seek a junior candidate who is organized, responsible, and possesses a solid technical foundation, and who wishes to develop within an on\-site role of **post\-sales technical support and operations** in Barcelona. This position is especially suitable for individuals who enjoy: * Resolving incidents and providing technical support * Understanding how a product works and performing initial diagnostics * Working methodically, with tracking and attention to detail * Combining technical tasks, customer interaction, and operational duties * Learning processes and contributing to their improvement **Important:** This position is **not** primarily oriented toward programming or software development. It focuses on technical support, operations, post\-sales, technical logistics, and process improvement. **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Manage customer incidents and inquiries related to our products via support channels. * Perform initial diagnostics of malfunctions or usage issues, gathering necessary information and escalating as appropriate. * Handle warranty claims, replacements, spare parts orders, and follow\-up with manufacturers and suppliers. * Coordinate shipments, receipts, inventory, and administrative tasks associated with post\-sales and logistics. * Inspect materials and equipment when required. * Prepare and maintain post\-sales support documentation, such as guides, standard responses, or explanatory materials. * Participate in continuous improvement of departmental processes. * Provide occasional support in preparing materials, demos, or other operational team needs. **What profile fits us best?** * Technical vocational training (FP) at intermediate or advanced level in fields such as IT, telecommunications, electronics, automation, or related disciplines. * Strong command of Spanish and Catalan, and English at minimum B2 level\. * Valid driver’s license. * Strong organizational skills, ability to track tasks, autonomy, and capacity for on\-site work. * Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills with customers. * Interest in technological products, hardware, support, and operations. * Prior experience in technical support, after\-sales service (SAT), helpdesk, workshops, technical logistics, or technical customer service is highly valued. **What do we offer?** * Stable full\-time or part\-time contract, negotiable. * Training and learning in product knowledge, support, and operations. * A technological and educational environment featuring real products. * Opportunities for advancement into roles with greater responsibility within the operations area. * On\-site work at our office in Barcelona. * Compensation commensurate with experience and fit. **Who do we especially recommend this vacancy to?** Individuals wishing to grow in **technical support, operations, post\-sales, coordination, or process improvement**, and who derive more satisfaction from resolving incidents and ensuring smooth operations than from programming.
