What does this position involve? We need to hire a person to perform warehouse worker duties. This person will work as part of the warehouse team. Responsibilities Performing loading, unloading, and conditioning tasks for goods. Preparing orders efficiently and promptly according to customer delivery notes. Physically distributing products to designated areas within the warehouse, in accordance with the layout plan. Maintaining their assigned section of the warehouse, ensuring materials stored there remain in good condition and are properly preserved, preventing degradation and corrosion. Entering preparation slips into the internal productivity tracking and control system. Providing customer service in response to requests and needs. Areas of Responsibility Correctly preparing orders according to delivery notes. Correctly unloading and organizing materials within the warehouse space. Correctly loading trucks for subsequent transport and delivery to customers. Monitoring and supervising order and cleanliness in the work area. What do we offer? We envision a candidate with prior experience performing tasks in the iron distribution sector. Holding a bridge crane operator’s license—and having experience operating such equipment—will be highly valued. Experience with 20-hour metalworking training will also be considered favorably.
