To be a Foot Locker Assistant Store Manager, you must serve as the Store Manager’s right hand, supporting them to build a diverse team capable of fueling a high-energy atmosphere. You’ll help inspire the team to deliver a first-class customer experience, forging deep and lasting connections with our customers and communities—in-store and online. Behind the scenes, you’ll assist the Store Manager in overseeing store operations, such as visual merchandising and inventory reduction. The Assistant Store Manager role is challenging and rewarding—and contributes directly to Foot Locker’s continued success.
