DESCRIPTION At Housfy, we are looking for a Data Analyst to help us transform data into strategic decisions, enhance our customers' experience, and drive business growth. We seek someone who brings insight, supports strategic decision-making, and contributes to generating real business impact. Additionally, the Data team leads the implementation of AI-based automations across the entire company, so you will play a key role in this transformation. ### **What do we expect from you?** * Collaborate with key business teams (Marketing, Operations, and Product) to understand their challenges and provide data and insights that help achieve better results. * Work autonomously, with a proactive and action-oriented attitude, identifying opportunities and tackling new challenges. * Support the implementation of AI-powered automations to reduce manual processes and improve efficiency. * Drive and optimize the company's cross\-selling strategy, transforming data into actionable audiences. * Analyze the conversion funnel and help teams make data-driven decisions. * Participate in the evolution and development of our data infrastructure and visualization tools. * Translate business questions and hypotheses into actionable insights that contribute to Housfy's growth. ### **What are we looking for?** * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role. * Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing large volumes of data. * Knowledge of process automation and application of artificial intelligence to improve efficiency (highly valued). * Advanced experience with data visualization tools. * Ability to understand business needs and communicate complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Professional-level proficiency in Catalan, Spanish, and English.
