Position Summary: We are seeking a Support Unit Technician to provide follow-up and sociolaboral intervention for people with functional diversity at a Special Employment Center. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sociolaboral support for people with functional diversity. 2. Management and coordination of internal and external resources. 3. Design, planning, and implementation of leisure and training projects. We require the incorporation of a Support Unit Technician to carry out follow-up and intervention activities for workers. As a Special Employment Center, priority is given to candidates holding a disability certificate of 33% or higher, or an IPT (Individual Placement and Support) certification, and who are currently unemployed. • Sociolaboral accompaniment and intervention for staff with functional diversity during onboarding, job retention, and career progression across various work centers. • Management and coordination with internal and external resources. • Design, planning, implementation, and evaluation of leisure, training, and awareness-raising projects. • Preparation of reports and records. • Commitment to compliance with and dissemination of our Code of Ethics and its "Compliance" system, particularly in the areas of criminal law, anti-bribery, and competition defense. * Experience: 1 year. Prior experience of 1 year performing the duties inherent to this position is required. * PRIMARY EDUCATION COMPLETED * Competencies / Knowledge: • University degree, preferably in Psychology and/or Social Education. • Proficiency in office software. • Valid driver's license. • Disability certificate of 33% or higher is desirable. A valid driver's license is mandatory to visit various work centers. A company vehicle is provided. * Driving License Category: B * Temporary employment contract (6 months) * Full-time schedule * Additional Information: Immediate incorporation. Temporary contract to cover a medical leave. Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday. Flexible working hours depending on assigned services.
