We are currently seeking a Construction Site Manager with experience ensuring the proper technical, organizational, and economic execution of assigned projects, meeting deadlines, quality, and safety objectives while optimizing final outcomes. **What will you do?** * Plan construction phases by defining schedules and timelines to ensure adherence to established deadlines. * Supervise on-site work execution, ensuring finish quality and compliance with current regulations. * Manage and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers. * Guarantee optimal allocation of human and material resources for project execution. * Efficiently resolve technical or logistical issues, ensuring continuity of operations. * Monitor and control material consumption and utilization of allocated financial resources. * Identify budget deviations and propose corrective measures when necessary. * Prepare and review construction certificates, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. * Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety measures. * Supervise compliance with applicable technical and environmental regulations on site. * Participate in reviewing safety plans and lead their daily implementation. * Act as the main contact between technical management, clients, and other project stakeholders. * Provide periodic updates on project status, reporting progress and potential risks. **We Offer:** * Employment contract: Project-based, depending on ongoing construction activities. * Full-time hours. **Requirements:** --------------- **What are we looking for?** * Intermediate or higher vocational training in construction, building, or civil engineering. * Specific training in Occupational Risk Prevention (minimum 20 hours). * Minimum of 5 years of prior experience in similar roles as a site manager in building, industrial, or commercial construction projects. * Solid technical knowledge in construction: blueprint interpretation, construction techniques, quality control of materials and finishes, etc. * Ability to plan and organize construction work according to established deadlines. * Budget control and cost deviation management. * Knowledge of technical regulations applicable in the construction sector. * Ability to ensure compliance with safety measures and lead site safety plans.
