DESCRIPTION BEIGAR is looking for a Senior Scrum Master / Agile Coach to join a global technology company within its strategic projects and organizational transformation area. This involves two open positions across different high-impact technology projects, focused on agile transformation, cross-functional leadership, and advancement of organizational maturity. REQUIREMENTS * 5+ years of experience in agile environments and leadership roles: Senior Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Transformation. * Demonstrable experience leading organizational-level agile transformations. * Expert knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and other scaled agile methodologies. * Experience implementing agile methodologies in complex organizations. * Proficiency in advanced agile metrics and tracking transformation KPIs. * Experience managing stakeholders and environments with multiple teams. * Ability to present agile strategies and initiatives at the executive level. * Experience in mentoring and coaching other Scrum Masters. * C1-level English for presentations, negotiation, and international communication. * University degree in related fields. **Preferred Qualifications** * Postgraduate studies in Project Management, Leadership, or Organizational Transformation. * Agile certifications: SAFe SPC, ICAgile, ICP\-ACC, or similar. * Experience in agile coaching and servant leadership. * Ability to transform team dynamics and manage cultural change. * Experience establishing internal agile practice communities. * Experience in large corporations or complex transformation environments. * Systems thinking and strategic vision. * Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills. * Orientation toward continuous improvement and organizational adaptability.
