Job Summary: We are seeking a student to support the design, maintenance, and analysis of Talent Acquisition reports and dashboards, automating processes and translating data to support decision-making. To learn more about working at Lidl, visit our careers website: https://empleo.lidl.es/ **What Will Your Day-to-Day Look Like?** ---------------------------- * You will collaborate in the design, maintenance, and updating of Talent Acquisition reports and dashboards. * You will support the analysis of key variables — such as the number of open and closed vacancies — broken down by department, category, and month, identifying seasonal demand peaks. * You will help measure and report on the duration of recruitment processes, from vacancy opening to hiring, identifying bottlenecks. * You will collaborate in automating manual reports to improve information flow efficiency. * You will participate in translating data into clear, visual, and easy-to-understand reports to support decision-making. * You will support the analysis of recruitment sources to evaluate the performance and cost-effectiveness of different attraction channels (LinkedIn, job portals, agencies, internal referrals). **Are You the Person We’re Looking For?** ------------------------------------- * You are preferably a final-year student in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, Data Engineering, or a related field, with the possibility of signing a training agreement with your educational institution. * You must be fluent in Spanish and have at least a B2 level in English or German.
