Your goal will be to manage home insurance claims files with the highest quality and customer orientation. * You’ll handle home insurance claims up to €30\.000. * You’ll manage claims against third-party insurers. * You’ll work toward achieving the unit’s recovery, average cost, and fraud targets. * You’ll interact with third-party insurers, external partners, loss adjusters, lawyers, and other internal departments. * You’ll provide telephone support to our customers to deliver the best possible service. **By now, you’re probably asking yourself: How do I know if I’m a good fit?** Don’t worry—I won’t ask you to save the planet or meet 100% of the requirements. We’re looking for someone with: * Experience handling insurance claims or knowledge of the insurance sector. * Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively. * Skills in negotiation and conflict resolution. * A positive attitude and strong customer orientation. * Bonus points if you’re familiar with tools like Excel or claims management platforms!
