Therefore, we are seeking a **Civic Centre Director** to lead the management of the Joan Oliver "Pere Quart" Civic Centre, ensuring high-quality service delivery and promoting cultural and community projects with territorial impact.
**What will your responsibilities be?**
* Lead the overall management of the Civic Centre and coordinate the team of professionals.
* Plan, implement, and monitor programmes, projects, and activities delivered by the facility.
* Prepare reports, monitoring documents, and proposals for improvement.
* Manage the service budget, control expenditures, and ensure efficient use of resources.
* Guarantee achievement of objectives, compliance with the management contract, and fulfilment of client-established requirements.
* Coordinate recruitment processes, staff planning, and administrative management of the team.
* Promote marketing and communication initiatives to enhance the centre’s activities.
* Supervise compliance with internal procedures and service quality standards.
* Develop evaluation strategies and implement actions for continuous improvement.
* Act as liaison with the Administration and coordinate\-with the designated technical contact person.
* Establish and maintain relationships with local entities, associations, and facilities to foster networked collaboration.
* Promote staff training and professional development.
**What are we looking for?**
* University degree (Bachelor’s, Diploma or Licence) related to the social field.
* Training in cultural management or related disciplines.
* Minimum of **2 years’ experience** in leadership or coordination roles for facilities or services.
* Knowledge of economic management, budget preparation, data analysis, and report writing.
* Leadership, planning, and decision-making capabilities.
* Communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
* Results-oriented mindset, autonomy, and commitment to service quality.
**What do we offer?**
* **Indefinite-term contract.**
* Full-time schedule of **37.5 hours per week**.
* Stable working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 16:30.
* **Holiday period during August**, coinciding with the centre’s closure.

* Salary\_ 29\.328,86€ (effective from 01/09 following the collective agreement update)
