Main responsibilities: * Provide necessary support to service users in daily living activities (hygiene, feeding, personal care, health monitoring, etc.) * Enable the highest possible level of autonomy and daily participation at the center * Carry out psychosocial, educational, and leisure-time promotion interventions. * Immediate incorporation * Approx. 50\-55% working time * Availability to work weekends and holidays, including night shifts and afternoon shifts from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. * Collaborative work environment, supported by an experienced technical team in this field and backed by a strong team of direct care professionals. * Annual training plan including initial training as well as ongoing internal and external training. **Profile:** * Required qualification: Higher Vocational Training Certificate in Social Integration / Psychiatric Assistant Specialist / Social Adaptation Specialist / Clinical Auxiliary Technician / Nursing Auxiliary / Specialized Educator for Intellectual Disability (D.I.) / Professional Certification for institutions serving dependent persons. * Experience in caring for dependent individuals, preferably those with intellectual disability, behavioral disorders, sensory impairments, augmentative and alternative communication, or occupational therapy **Competencies:** Problem analysis and resolution, Initiative and autonomy, Organization and planning, Technical and personal reliability, Teamwork, Diplomacy and interpersonal skills **Level:** Employee **Contract Type:** Part-time **Duration:** More than 2 years **Salary:** Between €12,000 and €18,000 gross/year **Minimum Education:** Medium-level Vocational Training **Minimum Experience:** At least 1 year **Start Date:** 07/07/2026 **Number of Vacancies:** 1
