Job Summary: We are seeking an Access Controller for an LGTBI nightclub, responsible for managing the flow of people, maintaining order, and collaborating with other security professionals. Collaborate with security personnel and event staff We are looking for an **Access Controller** for a nightclub that serves as a safe and welcoming space for the LGTBI community. * **Entry and exit control:** Manage the flow of people and ensure that the venue’s maximum capacity is not exceeded. * **Order maintenance:** Monitor attendees’ behavior to prevent conflicts and ensure a safe environment. * **Collaboration:** Work closely with other security professionals, event staff, and, if necessary, law enforcement authorities. Valid TIP (Professional Identity Card for Private Security) required.
